Support IT Ventures is an umbrella company with two halves that feed each other: a portfolio of web products we build and run ourselves, and an IT services division that looks after other organisations' systems.

How we work

We choose proven, maintainable technology and keep systems simple to run, so what we hand over can be looked after for years.

Why a portfolio

Running our own products keeps us honest. Every tool in the portfolio exists because we needed it and the alternatives were bloated, expensive or asked for more data than the job required. The problems we hit building and operating them are the same problems our clients have.

What we will tell you

If a requirement is outside what we do well, we will say so rather than take the work.

Who leads the work

Projects here are led by the founder of Support IT Ventures, who brings 18 years of experience across multinational organisations and special projects. The company itself is young; the engineering behind it is not.

You deal with the person doing the work, not an account layer between you and the engineering.
